The Justice and Home Affairs family is made up of the States of Jersey Fire & Rescue Service, States of Jersey Ambulance Service, Jersey Customs & Immigration Service, States of Jersey Prison Service and the Health and Safety Inspectorate, and also the States of Jersey Police, including the Financial Intelligence Unit, which is overseen by the Jersey Police Authority, and the Jersey Field Squadron, which is overseen by the Ministry of Defence.

Working for any of the services within JHA, your day-to-day work will deliver on our overall vision: for Jersey to be a desirable place to live, work and visit, because people are safe, and feel safe.

We’re an ambitious department; as well as being outcome and customer focussed, we really care about our people and their experience of working within JHA. So, while the different services have specialisms and specific functions, we all work collaboratively to reach the same goals. Our people do brilliant things everyday to help keep the Island safe.
